(I'm actually using version 0.13.0 revision 8251)

When I create a new directory, it doesn't appear in the left-pane's folder
hierarchy.  I can understand that, given I haven't committed it yet.  However,
when I svn add and commit the directory, the directory still doesn't appear in
the folder hierarchy.  To see the new directory, I have to use View -> Refresh View.

I'd suggest that once a directory is added or committed, the folder hierarchy be
automatically updated so that it reflects the repository's current state,
without requiring manual human intervention to refresh the UI.
