I'm using 0.13 build 8251 on Windows 7.  This release seems to have a defect in
the bookmark/folder hierarchy pane where each top-level bookmark folder is
listed under itself.

For example, I have checked out a repository with the following structure:
  root/
     ipr/
     mr/
     templates/
I've checked this out under c:\Users\me\Documents\synced\sg25-reviews but the
bookmark pane displays:
 - Bookmarks
   - c:\Users\me\Documents\synced\sg25-reviews
      + ipr
      + mr
      - sg25-reviews
        + ipr
        + mr
        - templates
      - templates
