I'm using 0.13 build 8251 on Windows 7.  When I'm not connected to my work's
network from which I've checked out numerous repositories, if I click on one of
the bookmarks, I can't access the checked out files and the following error is
displayed in the log pane at the bottom of the window:
  Error: Error while updating filelist (Unable to connect to a repository at URL
'svn://svnserver.mydomain/repositories/svn-project/p1/trunk/manuals'
Unknown hostname 'svnserver.mydomain')

The workaround is to obviously open up Windows Explorer to access the checked
out files, but it's pretty annoying to not be able to access files directly
through RapidSVN when offline.  This hasn't been a problem with past stable
releases.
