Ok, that's what I supposed.

Well, I am sorry but I think that's just the way it is for know.
Subversion network access is terribly slow and RapidSVN doesn't have any
kind of caching mechanism so you don't have the speed penality on
everything you do.

Since RapidSVN is out of active development you might want to consider
using a different client that has caching.
