Unable to open an ra_local session to URL / Unable to open repository ...db\format' contains invalid filesystem format option 'addressing logical'

Hello Everybody.

Yesterday I downloaded the last windows binary of RapidSVN (0.13.0 
Revision 8257) build 28.06.2012 and installed it for win10

I tried to open a repository created with:

> TortoiseSVN 1.9.4, Build 27285 - 64 Bit , 2016/04/24 13:59:58
> Subversion 1.9.4, -release
> apr 1.5.2
> apr-util 1.5.4
> serf 1.3.8
> OpenSSL 1.0.2g  1 Mar 2016
> zlib 1.2.8
> SQLite 3.12.1

RapidSVN gives me the following error-message:

> Fehler: Fehler beim Aktualisieren der Dateiliste (Unable to connect to 
> a repository at URL 'file:///Project/EDD/_SVN/Archiev'
> Unable to open an ra_local session to URL
> Unable to open repository 'file:///Project/EDD/_SVN/Archiev'
> '\Project\EDD\_SVN\Archiev\db\format' contains invalid filesystem 
> format option 'addressing logical')

Is there any thing I can do without installing a newer build of RapidSVN 
and if not where do I find newer builds of it?

I already tried to create a test-repository with RapidSVN it self and 
this works.
