[Trac] Re: Modify Ticket and Attachments no longer open by default

No changes of the behavior in Trac 1.6 and trunk. Also, enhancement request 
of the behavior has been filed in https://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/9807.

When you open an existing ticket, the "modify ticket" and attachments 
sections are closed.  I have to click on the ">" button.  Previously, these 
sections were open whenever opening existing tickets.

Yes, there is a work around but when I go to a ticket, I'm almost always 
interested in these sections.  I'm running Trac version 1.6.  So any 
changes as of late?
