Corrupted files during transfer...

I'm getting a really high percentage of corrupted files during project
updates. SOS 3.5 doesn't tell me they were corrupted, it just leaves them
that way and then stuff doesn't compile.

Is there anything I can do to fix or diagnose the problem?
