Thanks for contacting Technical Support.

Data corruption is a serious issue for us.  Therefore, if SOS is causing the
file corruption, it is really important for us to figure out where the 
problem lies.

In the 6 year history of SourceOffSite, we have had a handful of reports
of data corruption and the culprit in all of those cases turned out to be a 
router
(LinkSys).

By any chance, are your remote users using an AT&T cable modem or a
LinkSys router?

In all those cases, the files were not corrupted using SOS when the LinkSys
router was not an issue.

I'd like to rule out the router or cable modem before we dig any deeper.
