shifting SOS to a new machine

Hi,

One of our clients wants to move his SOS server from one machine to
another because the current machine has become unstable and needs to
be replaced. What is the easiest way to achieve a clean transfer of
the entire SOS application along with the data, configuration, etc.?
It is going to be very difficult to set up everything from scratch all
over again. So if SOS is installed on a new machine can the old config
be moved to the new server using a simple method?
