shifting SOS to a new machine... contd.

Hi,

Before relocating the SOS server to a new machine, we tried setting up
SOS on the new machine and creating a mirror before removing SOS from
the old server but we keep getting the following message every time we
try to start the SOS service:

     "SourceOffSite 4 Server service cannot be started. Service did
     not return an error. It may have been an internal Windows error
     or an internal service error. Please ask a system administrator,
     if the problem occurs repeatedly."

Any idea what the problem could be?
