Re: shifting SOS to a new machine... contd.

First off, you should verify that you have installed version 1.1 of the
.NET framework on the machine.  If that's installed correctly, you may
need to reinstall the SOS Service.  If the Server is creating a log.txt
file, please email me the file for review.
