I've just found a similar problem. On trying to retrieve a label at the
top of a project tree, all previously deleted files (even if not part of
the label) are retrieved as well. This caused us some major problems as
suddenly files deleted months or even years ago entered our build, which
often no longer work with the existing code. This problem does not occur
with the Microsoft VSS client.

This is obviously a big problem for us! Is there a fix/workaround
available as it is currently making us readdress use of
SourceOffSite/VSS entirely.
