Re: Socket read failed

Just as an FYI, I see that error here. We are having a problem with the
internet connection to the office that  hosts the SOS server and that is the
same behaviour. SOS doesn't appear to be robust wrt to communication
failures. As of yet, we haven't determined what is causing the problem with
our connection. For me this happens downloading the project tree, refreshing
the file list, and doing a get latest version. I believe that it has also
happened a couple of times doing checkins, though in those cases I didn't
check the log (because it's happened so often with the same log entry and
symptom). At the moment it's just something I live with.

I have recieved a complaint from one of our OffSite users that when she
