Ok not to sound silly, but how would I do that? This is new to me. Usually the developers do this, but I am stuck with handling the config and getting it started initially Chris L. Give that a try. Thanks -Shashi ________________________________ K. N. Shashidhar, Lead Product Developer , Change Manager for Distributed Systems Enterprise Data Management (EDM), BMC Software Inc. I have the users and stuff configured. I tried it on a 2003 and 2000 server machine and I keep getting the error when I try to start the service: Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly. Anyone got any ideas or can help out, that would be great. Chris L. White Network Administrator Coe-Truman Technologies, Inc. Email: [email protected]
