IPO Curve Editor, hit Tab, right click on one of the nodes at the keyframe you want to delete, hit B and box in all the nodes you want to delete at that keyframe assuming there's more than one, hit x and accept the dialog. Or delete them individually like any other "object". That's how I do it, but I just fiddle with Blender so maybe there's an easier way. > 3.
