Esben, I'm still not entirely convinced I know what you're saying, but I think I might have it. Try this: 1) Click the left mouse button in 3D space somewhere other than the origin so that the 3D cursor changes position. 2) Press the C key to center the camera on the 3D cursor. 3) Rotate around the spot where the 3D cursor is by holding down the middle mouse button and dragging the mouse. You can also precisely position the camera to rotate an object by: 1) Selecting an object (right mouse button) 2) position the 3D cursor at the center of the object with Shift+S > "Cursor -> Selection" 3) Press the C key to again center the camera where the 3D cursor is. If this was indeed your problem, you can often find this hotkey in the "View" menu at the bottom of the 3D viewport. Usually you can find whatever tool or function you need in the menus listed with its corresponding hotkey (if it has one). Hope this answers your question. David
