I know that based on the crash report - which I have seen more than a few times - the app is not correctly setting the DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH. It is supposed to go looking for libcinepaint.0.dylib and might first try /sw/lib. But when it sets DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH, it should then go looking into the app bundle for the dylib. Is there anything unique about your .profile or other paths?
