mai 2008 CVS updates

I commited some code to cvs. Among them is 
* better profile selection with and compatibility macros for Oyranos
* add -liconv for easier osX/Tiger compiling
* some compiler warning/error fixes

autogen.sh includes now a ./aclocal directory by default. I am not shure 
to commit the gtk.m4 and glib.m4 files for more autotools gtk1/glib1 
independency. It'd appear rather as a hack to me.
