My opinion about releasing is that a bigger number, e.g. 0.25, tells about 
new important features. So releasing for .25 is quite good. The micro 
number, e.g. 0.25.1, I found useful to provide big fix releases without 
adding important new features. To use a '-' instead a '.', as the 
minor/mocro separator was probably not the best ide of mine.
