My opinion about releasing is that a bigger number, e.g. 0.25, tells about new important features. So releasing for .25 is quite good. The micro number, e.g. 0.25.1, I found useful to provide big fix releases without adding important new features. To use a '-' instead a '.', as the minor/mocro separator was probably not the best ide of mine. kind regards Kai-Uwe Behrmann -- developing for colour management www.behrmann.name + www.oyranos.org ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/
