Re: make distcheck fails on Xubuntu

Kai-Uwe,

I'd like to roll a release this week. The obstacle with 'make distcheck' 
seems to be related to code you've added. Are you working on fixing 
that? Do I need to do something?

I don't know how significant an issue /usr/local/lib is. It doesn't seem 
to stop us going forward.
