For anyone confused what Michel means by a "previous version" of Mac GTK, Michel has chosen to build with the new GTK2 for Mac library rather than with the GTK+OSX library used in our current Mac release. There are two independently maintained Mac GTK libraries available. CinePaint can link with either one. Both will be supported by CMake. FYI, there's an autotools version of the GTK2 for Mac build files. It shouldn't be necessary to install Xcode. How are you building and installing the other dependent libraries for Mac CinePaint such as zlib, jpeg, png, exr and so forth?
