quality of recent SF bug tracker entries

It would be good to see enough details for each bug tracker entry. Most of the new entries from yesterday are not followable for others than the submitter. Partly I observe completely different behaviour. Contributors will have a hard time to find out what is really meant. In the same way is the conclusion of disabling CM by default absurd.
