[CinePaint] CinePaint (Film Gimp) for Windows?

Hi,

I would like to install the current Film Gimp version on a Windows Vista
machine. Is it difficult to compile the source to Vista? (I have only
experience
compiling under Linux, so far). What would I need besides the compiler
(gcc?)?
GTK/FLTK, any additional libs (dlls)?
