I would expect OpenMP in Graphicsmagick is great. Just the Krita people, who showed interesst in your work, are present at the Create email list. So I think there are more people present to discuss OpenMP than here. On the other hand these people have posted on the CinePaint-devel list in the past and might be still present there.
