0.22-1 on Mandriva 2009.0.   

I've had it for some time now and it's been successfully recompiled from
the tarball every time I upgrade Mandriva.  Any problems are overcome by
searching out and installing the missing development libraries.

Possibly something that was present in the last Mandriva (2008.1) is now
missing from 2009.0.

While Mandriva has its own Cinepaint rpm, this does not include a print
plug-in, which rather defeats the object for me.......unless of course
you know how to attach printing to an rpm (beyond me).
