Cinepaint is in the Gentoo tree, but as version 0.22.1. Also,
in Gentoo it is classified as "media/video" which may be
inappropriate since its use goes beyond film processing.

Since I am a Gentoo user, I am thinking about filing a bug
report with Gentoo to call attention to the CVS version and
to suggest a reclassification to media/gfx.
