[CinePaint] Up to date CinePaint on OBS

The open build service from openSUSE has CinePaint including patches to 
compile on various distributions (ubuntu, fedora, opensuse) and 
functional fixes including my colour management improvements.

A build script which downloads most dependencies is here:

The pure patches:
