[CinePaint] Patch For Libpng-1.5

Both ArchLinux and Gentoo have a patch for the cinepaint-1.0 source
that allows compilation with the new libpng-1.5.x libraries.  The
patch modifies only the cinepaint png plug-in.

Those cinepaint users that compile from source may be interested.
