[CinePaint] Fedora 15 compile error

Hello all,  I'm new to Cinepaint and am having a problem compiling.  The 
message (below) indicates that libstdc++ needs to be  added to the 
linker.  I have tried adding it in several locations within the Makefile 
with no luck.  Your suggestions will be most appreciated.
