Re: [CinePaint] cinepaint cant open pictures

I tried the deleting .cinepaint directory and that didnt help so I
uninstalled cinepaint and reinstalled it and now whenever I boot I get
this message:
   User Installation Log
   /usr/share/cinepaint/0.20-1/user_install does not exist.  Cannot install.
   Installation failed.  Contact system administrator.
After clicking ok it continues to boot and gives me this message:
   Can't rename gimprc to gimprc.old, reason unkown
And it leaves me with just the main cinepaint windows but none of the
other windows that used to pop up when I opened cinepaint and it still
fails to open pictures.  Anyone have any other ideas?
