Upps, that is realy strange. It seems to be a platform specific 
problem. If it occurs again with 0.21-2, please, let me know. For the 
moment I have no idea, what it could be.

Milan posted already a link, also "pfscalibration-1.3/README" gives 
some hints. The naming could a bit mislead, "pfstools" seems to stand 
for the whole thing (pfstools + pfscalibration + ...?), but is also 
the name of a part it (the basic library) - maybe you had downloaded
only "pfstools" and not yet "pfscalibration".
