I forgot that autogen.sh needs to be run first on the CVS tree.

The CVS compiles, but there are some issues with the install.
Several configuration files, including 'user_install' do not
get installed to <cinepaint-install-root>/share/cinepaint/0.22-0.
Rather they get installed into /cinepaint in the main system
root directory. Also, printrc_user doesn't get installed
anywhere. After manually placing all these files into the
proper directory, namely <cinepaint-install-root>/share/cinepaint/0.22-0,
then cinepaint starts and functions normally.

But I experience the same start-up crash with the Script-Fu
plug-in as I do with version 0.21-2. I need to delete Script-Fu
from the plug-ins directory to get Cinepaint to start.

So far I've only performed my usual image processing tasks and
have not examined all areas. In the days ahead I'll probably
do more things.
