It's pretty much when you hand a painter an application and they come
back bitching and complaining that they can't use it and that it
doesn't work anything like Photoshop, Painter or Bodypaint.  That was
what happend a lot when I worked at R&H.

Sad as it sounds, I ended up using Shake a lot for my painting instead
of Cinepaint (Moviepaint & Icypaint as they call it at R&H).  I'm in
Compositing, so we are all linux and have to stick with those apps
available.  The guys in the texture painting department have Windows
boxes just for Photoshop/Bodypaint (95% of the company is linux).
