One thing that I really like which they are doing with the CS3 beta
for photoshop is they have a semi new interface and also an option to
turn on the old interface.  This is a nice way to improve on the gui
without alienating the people out there with years of experience with
the old gui.  Personally I loath floating windows and popups, so the
new interface on After Effects 7 and Photoshop CS3 are a godsend.

Personaly I would prefer a compositor like interface (Shake/Tremor,
Toxik, etc...), but to really get everyone to use Cinepaint, a
Photoshop like interface would be ideal.
