As a hardore Bibble user I would say dcraw is a nice proof of concept compared to BibblePro. I'd opt for BibblePro for the RAW conversion and CinePaint or whatever you feel comfortable with for retouching. A few comments on what Bibble does/does not below: > Non destructive editing/copying of settings between files > Work queues/Output queues/Batch processing > IPTC/EXIF editing You can only edit IPTC for the generated file in Bibble, not the RAW file. No EXIF Editing. > Lens Correction via PTLens They have their own tool now, which is no longer based on PTLens > Integrated Noise Ninja Definitely worth the price of admission for anyone who routinely shoots high ISO. Parties or street shooting at ISO1600 produces enjoyable results with NN. Candlelight only dinners are easily doable. > Perfectly Clear PC is great for some, others hate it. I do not use it. > Plugins including Black and White conversion, skin tone correction, > perspective correction and many more. I love Seans Plugins. They are like a turbocharger for Bibble. > Background processing with multiple core/processor support > Probably the fastest RAW conversion engine > DNG support DBG only for cameras that natively deliver DNG.
