the currently only useful drawing application from the CinePaint project 
is the gtk or Film-Gimp package. Unfortunedly it seems not to compile in 
the actual version under windows. The last version knowing to compile on 
windows is 0.17, which is already some years old.

As well, we have no description how CinePaint plays under a emulator, such 
as VMware.
