[CinePaint] Compiling Cinepaint on Fedora 7

Hello
I am trying to compile cinepaint on Fedora 7, I have installed
lcms-devel, compiled and installed oyranos, gutenprint-devel,
fltk-devel, gtk2-devel and all necessary dependencies.

I am running ./configure --enable-printing --enable-gtk2

Configure then ends with an error, and that is that it cannot find fltk.
How can I make sure it finds fltk? The fltk version is 1.1.8 and I am
trying to compile cinepaint 0.22-1.

I have also checked that the libs are present in /usr/lib and I have
also tried setting --libdir=/usr/lib when running configure. It makes no
difference at all.
Any help appreciated.
Regards
Jon
