Hi,
  although I'm not an expert, just a fellow user, since no one else
answered, I'll throw in my own experience. IIRC I had the same error when
I used the 1.0.8xxx nvidia driver, which lacks GLX_EXT_texture_from_pixmap.
So I guess it's the same error, the missing extension.
I don't know if the intel driver supports this yet, but it should.

About using aiglx, did you put

Option "AIGLX" "true"

in your xorg.conf's ServerLayout section?
