The codec list is hardwired, but you can override the codec name just by
typing "theora" into the combo box. Give it a try, I never tested it. If
it works, I'll add theora to the officially supported codecs. Probably 
it works only in conjunction with the ogg container, dunno if you can 
pack theora into an avi.
