Grab Preview Hangs

When I try to rip 3 tracks from a DVD, everything seems to work fine 
until dvd::rip hits the Get Preview process on the first track.

The Process preview frame - title #1 just hangs at 0.00% finished.

I have the most recent version of transcode, and I'm running on Arch 
Linux 2.6.24.
