What do you mean exactly with "ripping process"? When VOB files are 
copied to the harddisk or the transcoding? What was the error message 
you got? Please try to be more specific on your reports. I really try to
help, but tell me what should I do with a statement like "halts with an
error"?

Hmm, execflow is a tiny little Perl script... What exactly made you 
think it's looking for a specific glibc?
