It looks your transcode installation is broken ("Illegal instruction"
means bad assembler code not matching your CPU architecture).
Maybe this is not a transcode core problem, but just with export_xvdi4.
Have you tried other export codecs?
Probably ask in the transcode-users mailing list to get more
sophisticated help ;)
