Freevo-1.x webserver and byte code ranges

Hi,

While working on the iphone interface for 1.x it seems that the iphone 
and ipod touch require byte code ranges in the http headers from twisted 
web. If anyone can provide a quick patch for this it would be great as I 
can't see myself getting the time to read up any more on this and patch it.
