Best way to describe v2.0 is in development.... Coming along nicely but still a way to go before it will be ready.

Ahh, odd mind you its been so long since I uploaded that, try using the
2.1.0 release that I've just uploaded with this and several other fixes.

Exactly you can extract any number of services from a single
transponder.

Livepause is from the same sourceforge project (I'm the developer of both), and
yes that is exactly how it works in freevo 1.x

No absolutely not, I just use ubuntu for the ease of use and the fact
that its more up-to-date than debian.
