Yes, that looks like you have some trouble with your omniorb installation. Please check $BUILDIR/Berlin/config.log for errors wrt. omniorb. Does it say the omniorb libraries are found? Are those the libs you build and installed? I just verified that I can build Fresco (Debian/unstable system with gcc 3.3 and all dependancies from debian).
