Funny, we just did that :-)

The new names:
  The project:   was Berlin, now Fresco
  The interface: was Warsaw, now Fresco
  The server:    was Berlin, still Berlin
(the way to understand this is that "Fresco" is to "Berlin" as "X" is
to "XFree86".  Most of the time, when you have the urge to say
"Berlin", you should be saying "Fresco" instead -- we just keep the
name "Berlin" around in case someone else invents a new
implementation, eventually.)

Prague and Babylon keep their names; Prague is a mostly separate
project anyway, and could maybe do with a rename, but *shrug*.
Babylon isn't actually that bad a name, though I apologize for
suggesting the terrible pun to Tobias.

Moscow is, perhaps, a special case -- it doesn't actually exist, but
we need some word to refer to "all that higher-level stuff we're not
ready to tackle yet", so we call it Moscow.  Perhaps a different name
will be chosen when code is actually written.
