[Fresco-devel] Help on VIM configuration for coding guidelines?

Luke Bakken has helpfully created a candidate VIM configuration to
help with the coding guidelines, available at
  http://issues.fresco.org/file100/fresco.vim
However, I know nothing about VIM, so if someone could check whether
this file implements all the parts that are implementable, and
possibly give me a quick description of the best way for people to use
this file (so I can include that in the coding guidelines, at
   http://www2.fresco.org/coding-style.html
), then that would let me get one task off the M2 list :-)
