[Fresco-devel] automake for fresco

I have generated a top level Makefile.am for fresco including neccessary 
changes to configure.ac. If anyone is interested in the files, please mail me 
directly as I am not on the list right now. The current status is that the 
resulting configure script can enable and disable with the options listed in 
the current ./configure --help. Berlin appears to bomb during it's configure 
(which is stock) during the ORB tests. The previous configure, Fresco-C++ I 
think, works perfectly.
