Well I use 2.9x atm, with omni3. I've got gcc3.2 installed from debs,
but not omni4 yet - are the omni4 debs in unstable in the gcc3-abi
format?

Much as I'm normally for an upgrade to a better system, how much would
such a change affect *potential* testing by new people? "Oh sorry, you
can't use gcc2.95 to compile fresco, upgrade your compiler (and all your
C++ libs) before coming back to us!" ;)
