[Fresco-devel] Got it going!

Thanks to that last bit of advice from Stefan I was able to get it
going.  It turns out that on my system -- for whatever reason -- I don't
have a 'bin/server'.  I only have 'berlin'.  I followed the instructions
to the letter, or so I thought.

At any rate, has this all been tested across a network?  I'd think it
would be a killer demo to have a demo server setup where a user could
run a demo from the server, displaying to their machine locally.  Would
this be of value to you?  When I get my colo back up and stable, I'd be
happy to throw a machine there to handle this.

Of course it will only work well if this is as fast as I'd suspect after
looking over the architecture.  Imagine being able to host your apps
remotely and disparately, reaching what you want from wherever you like.
